Holiday Celebrations

Holiday Celebrations brought much cheer to our Home! No, we were not able to celebrate pre-pandemic style, but there was joy, laughter and gratitude for the ability to celebrate together. In addition to beautiful Christmas services, festive holiday meals, and presentation of gifts and treats, our Residents also celebrated with a special Christmas play.

The New Year’s Eve holiday celebration one week later has been described as one of the “best New Year gatherings yet”. Our Residents welcomed the New Year listening to the musical sounds of their youth and from around the world. This gift not only led to the awakening of many happy memories, but also inspired all to take to the dance floor regardless of infirmity – spirits were alive, eyes sparkled, and delight was in the air. All entered the New Year reinvigorated, confidently looking toward the promise of hope for a healthier 2022.
