We have approximately 112 employees who care for our 86 Residents in a warm home-life atmosphere. Ours is a very stable work environment—we have been in the city more than 100 years. Our longest-term employee has worked here for forty-one years, and seven of us started here more than twenty years ago.

Our common goal is to promote the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being of the elderly, following the example of our foundress, Saint Jeanne Jugan, and taking our cues from the exceptional care rendered by the Little Sisters.
